STEP1 - SUBMIT YOUR ORDER 

Pick the portrait design you like. Submit a your photo via the upload button on the product page, ensuring it meets the photo requirements outlined below. Add the item to your cart and complete the ordering process.

STEP 2 - DESIGN YOUR PERSONALIZED ARTWORK

Our skilled designers will meticulously craft your unique portrait. • Using state-of-the-art design methods, advanced photo editing, and professional blending techniques in our studio, we will create your masterpiece. Note that we do not hand-paint, but rather utilize digital design methods. • We will thoroughly inspect the finished product to guarantee its perfection before delivery.

 STEP 3 - PREVIEW FOR APPROVAL

Once art design is completed, we promptly send it to you for approval. If you have any comments, we will make modifications to the artwork until you are satisfied with the outcome.

STEP 4 - PRINTING AND DELIVERY

Upon your approval, we dispatch your artwork to our printing firm for production. Once product issue, we will have final quality inspection, thence carefully package your order and deliver it to you.

You will receive the tracking information for your shipment as soon as it becomes available.

Please understand that due to the unique nature of each photo and our advanced design process, the final artwork may differ slightly from the sample picture.
