Is my photo quality good enough to use ?

  • If you have followed our photo guidelines, there is a high probability that your photo will be suitable for use.

  • We recommend taking photos in good lighting, preferably outdoors during daylight.

  • It is also recommended to take the photo at your eye level and get a close-up that highlights their unique features.

  • Blurry photos and photos with features out of frame may not be suitable.

  • It is important to ensure that the fur color is not distorted by poor lighting as it will impact the accuracy of the artwork.

  • Our team checks all photos thoroughly upon receiving orders and will promptly notify you via email if there are any issues with your photo.

  • If we require a new photo from you, please note that this may cause a delay in delivery time by a few days.

  • Please be advised that if we inform you that the original photo may not result in high-quality artwork and you refuse to provide a new photo, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the photo you provide.

  • Finally, please note that all examples on our website were generated using excellent quality photos.

How do you create the artwork ?

Rather than painting from scratch, we utilize proprietary photo editing techniques, professional photo retouching, and various intricate brush strokes and blending processes as a digital design studio to transform your original photo into a best portrait.

Can I amend the order ?

You have a 24-hour window to modify your order, and beyond that, we cannot ensure that changes can be made.

Is it possible to preview the picture before it is printed? 

Absolutely! Prior to printing, all clients have the opportunity to preview their artwork and request any necessary adjustments. You will be notified via email once your preview is available.

What is the estimated delivery time for my product and the shipping cost?

If I placed an order for multiple products, will they be shipped together?

Your order may be delivered in separate packages depending on the items you have ordered, but typically, all products will be shipped together in a single package.

Do you provide worldwide shipping for your products?

Yes, we ship worldwide, and all in free shipping.

We have created a meticulous packaging system to safeguard your product during transportation to prevent any damage. However, if your product is received in a damaged condition, kindly email us a photo and we will promptly send you a replacement.

Does we need to pay tax ?

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Any product with a 30 day money back guarantee entitles you to a free replacement or refund if your item breaks or you are unhappy with the quality of the product within 30 days of delivery.  

RETURNS

* The money back guarantee is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT the refund on Personalize custom made items and digital download items.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us by clicking here to receive your returns number. Any un-authorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.

If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.

All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

If your item is in working condition but you have ordered in error or no longer require the item then we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.

Please include the returns number we provide so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the returns number then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
